Sony Ericsson, the Official Mobile Handset of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, has launched a micro website, www.sonyericsson.com/extraman, for soccer fans.

Sony Ericsson also introduced a football search engine,'Worldcupedia' for breaking news,tweets,videos,photos and more. Soccer fans can access m.sonyericsson.com/extraman from their Sony Ericsson mobile handset for downloading latest themed tracks, ringtones, games and more football fun. You can also participate with Sony Ericsson 'Twitter Cup' for supporting your favorite team in the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The Sony Ericsson Twitter Cup follows the same format as the 2010 FIFA World Cup . There are group and knockout stages, including quarter finals, semi finals and the final itself.However, unlike the physical tournament, teams' success in the Sony Ericsson Twitter Cup depends on how many Tweets they get.
