National Training on Genome Resource Conservation at Department of Animal Genetics and Breeding, Chennai 

Applications are invited for National Training on Genome Resource Conversation at Department of Animal Genetics and Breeding, Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chennai to be held from 07/12/2011 to 20/12/2011 at Madras Veterinary College.

Eligibility:
Sixteen Participants working in working in Animal and Fishery Sciences, not below the rank of Assistant Professor and equivalent, in the concerned subjects (Genetics & Breeding, Biotechnology, Reproduction and Physiology) under State Agricultural / Veterinary University or ICAR Institute will be selected. Preference will be given to those involved in conservation of animal/ fish genetic resources.

PGDM Program at AKGIM, Ghaziabad 

Applications are invited for admission into PGDM course to be offered in the academic session 2012-2014 at Ajay kumar Garg Institute of Management (AKGIM), Ghaziabad.

Specialization: Students are required to apt for an area of specialization (one major and more minor) from one of the following: Marketing Finance HR IT & IB (only Minor) Eligibility: Minimum three years Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in any discipline recognized by AIU/AICTE. Admission Process: Admission to the PGDM Program is based on the candidates performance in Written test, Group Discussion, Personal interview conducted at an all india level. Candidates with CAT/MAT/XAT/JMET/GMAT scores will be given preference. Candidates can also take AKGIM Test in case they have not taken any other tests. Candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination can also apply.
